Principles
Kaizen.
Kaizen (改善) literally means "change for the better" in Japanese, from kai (改, change) and zen (善, good). It is a philosophy of continuous, incremental improvement: not big leaps, just small changes compounded daily. I apply this to pretty much every aspect of my life.
Tamed Generalist.
I started as a specialist, building depth in engineering, especially product engineering. Over time I expanded outward, developing a solid understanding across infra, design, and to some extent sales and marketing. The goal was never to be shallow at everything but to let breadth inform the depth.
I believe this is really important, especially in the age of AI.
